Directions:

For bath use:
Add 100–250g to warm water and soak for approximately 20 minutes.
For dry or itchy skin (including eczema or psoriasis), add 500–1000g to a warm bath and relax.

For footbaths:
Add 100–250g to a footbath or bowl. Soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.
